Q: How should I burn my candle for best results?
A: Trim the wick to ¼″ before each use. For the first burn, let it create a full “melt pool” to avoid tunneling. Limit burning sessions to 1–3 hours max.
Q: Why did my candle tunnel or burn unevenly?
A: Tunneling happens when the melt pool doesn't reach the container edges. Ensure the first burn lasts long enough to melt wax across the entire surface.
Q: Is it safe to reuse the candle jar after it’s done?
A: Absolutely! Most jars can be cleaned and repurposed. Freeze the jar or pour hot water into it to release leftover wax, then wash with warm, soapy water.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 days; international orders may take 7–14 days, depending on destination.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept unburned candles for return or exchange.
Q: What's your return policy for apparel or home accessories?
A: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.
